Congratulations to the seven people who finished their 12 days transformation program. Hope you guys did not suffer too much but as the results have shown it was all worth it. Hard to believe it was only 2 weeks to achieve.

So the average was 3.9lbs of Muscle Gain & 5 lbs of Fat Loss for this week. Compare that to the university study average muscle gain is above & fat loss slightly below (3 lbs MG & 7.5 lbs FL)
