    Hi Lyndon
    im just enquiring about doing th 12 day programme to get some motivation back into my life.
    ive been a past member of Educo Gym in Galway for 18 months and had been really good mates with Tina & tara. I played a lot of county basket ball and was so sporty but with a change of jobs for my career iv ended up in Dublin :-( :-) so im really wanting to get positive again!! Is there place left on this 12 day programme?? I also have acess to a free gym in my appartment block but havent the energy to use it! I know you can change this for me!
    Please dont post this up but if you couls call me that would be great! :-) give me the kick start I need!
